Ordering and Shipping

Once your parcel has been posted, the following can be used as a general guide on how long delivery may take.
- Australian orders: 2 to 5 business days
- International orders: 6 to 12 business days

We can accept the following payment methods. Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Most Australian & International orders are sent within 24 hours. Some circumstances may cause delay, because of this we ask that you allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation. The email address you provide during checkout is the one we use for any order updates.

Tracking is only available via the website by entering your tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent within the confirmation email. If you require your tracking number please contact customer support at sup[email protected] Include your order number and full name & post code and a customer support representative will assist you within one business day.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame, do not worry because it probably means Australia Post is experiencing a delay in delivery. Please allow a couple more days for delivery just in case that is the circumstances. If your parcel still has not arrived after a couple of days, please contact your local post office. In the unlikely event that that parcel is still nowhere to be seen, we can help track its location as long as it was sent via Express Post. Online tracking is not available for orders sent by regular post. Please refer to our Lost Parcels Policy for more information.
